Carolyn has been to Cambodia twice and was part of the original group of Presbyterians from Texas to hear God’s call to address the needs of the people of Kampong Speu. She has served as a missionary with the Presbyterian Church (USA) in Bangladesh, worked with the Hunger Program at the PC(USA) national offices, and currently is Director of Church Development for Grace Presbytery where she works with multicultural and immigrant congregations. She and her husband Lee, who is a PC(USA) pastor, have four children and two grandchildren.

Originally from Cambodia, Albert is a survivor of the Khmer Rouge “killing fields.” After coming to the United States he became a US citizen and accepted a job as custodian for a Presbyterian church in Texas. It was there that he experienced God’s love in such a way that he professed his faith in Jesus Christ and was baptized. Albert has led several mission trips to Cambodia and was one of the Presbyterians from Texas who formed HANDS for Cambodia. He is a graduate of the Southeast Asian Lay Academy of the Presbyterian Church (USA) and Secretary of the National Cambodian Presbyterian Council. He currently leads a multicultural Presbyterian ministry. Albert is an avid fisherman and camper and delights in playing soccer and ping pong. He has two children. Albert and his wife, Thavy, welcomed baby Samuel Kosal in February 2010.

Mary is a Certified Christian Educator with the Presbyterian Church (USA) and volunteers as a Certification Advisor for Grace Presbytery. She has held a variety of academic, corporate, and church positions including elementary school teacher, strategic planning facilitator, and director of children’s ministries. She is a member of the Association of Presbyterian Church Educators and has earned a Nonprofit Management Certificate. An Elder and former Clerk of Session, Mary has been to Cambodia once and is looking forward to returning. She participates in her church's multicultural ministry. Mary and her husband, Harry, also volunteer at their church as youth sponsors and are involved with Presbyterian Youth Celebration, the youth version of Presbyterian Cursillo. They have one daughter.
Treasurer: John Ingle
John has worked as a portfolio manager in bank trust departments and investment management firms from 1967-2009. He is a member of the CFA Society of Dallas, and has served Presbyterian churches as an Elder, Deacon, and Trustee. He and his wife, Susan, enjoy international travel with friends, snow skiing, and time with family. They have a daughter, a son, and five granddaughters.
